Travel / Parking / Logistics
There is a luggage truck from Fjordgård to Husøy, and all participants can send a bag back to the start (maximum 90 liters). If you have special needs for food / drink, this can be handed in to the organizer at 0830 on Saturday morning. It will be handed out at Daven.

There are wardrobe facilities both at the start and finish. Everyone who participates will get Sans Senja's renowned fish soup with fresh bread, and cold Sans Senja brew.
This year the race will be broadcast live. This is done in collaboration with Troms Folkeblad. The broadcast will start at 1330, and end with the last prize ceremony. But we start production of features already in the morning when the first ones start.

The trail starts at Fjordgård Samfunnshus. And you run on a good path up on the instagram mountain, Segla.
Then there is a slight descent towards Heia. The descent is steep and has some rocks, so it can be an advantage to take it easy here. Then you follow the trail away and up to Barden.
At Barden it is flat and easy to run. The descent from Barden to Daven can be a bit of a challenging descent. After Daven comes the longest and perhaps steepest climb of the race. This climb takes you up to Grytetippen, if the weather is good you should take the time to be photographed before you run on to Keipen. It is a short distance to Keipen. Downwards from Keipen you are going out on snow, over on the ridge to Skarelvfjellet. These are the fastest parts of the trail
At the eastern end of Skarelvfjellet, the trail turns north, down Keipelven. After a short and steep climb you are up on Tarbergkollen and you can notice you are approaching Husøy, since you see the Ørnfjord. The last descent from Tarbergkollen is on snow, If you think it is too steep, it is possible to run on the side. Down from snow part, the route carries over the national road and out towards Riven. Riven is the last peak. From here it is a quick descent towards Husa, and you follow the road into Husøy and the finish line.
